Module Library
Update Screen
The Module Library Update screen
provides several features and functions relating to selecting or
creating a Module Library database, accessing Module Files and
updating Module Library database information. This screen is accessed
from either the System
Model Screen or the
System GUI Screen.
Module File information can also
be updated in the Module Library Update screen. Module Files
can be accessed from this screen and also from the
Module Library Access
screen. The module data are entered from either the System
Model Screen or System GUI Screen, depending on which screen was
active when the Module Library Update Screen was opened.
The Database Update buttons
provide the following functions:
Add
Adds the currently open Module File to the Module Library database
with the data shown on the General, Technical Data and Module List
tabs.
Update
Updates the module highlighted in the Module List with the information
shown on the General, Technical Data and Module List tabs.
Delete
Deletes the module highlighted in the Module List from the Module
Library database.
The Data Selection buttons
provide the following functions:
Use Data from Analysis
Clicking this button enters data in the table on the General and
Technical Data tabs. If the Show Parameters from Current Analysis
option is selected data are also entered in the Parameter Table of the
Module List tab.
The data are entered from either the System Model Screen or System GUI
Screen, depending on which screen was active when the Module Library
Update Screen was opened.
Use from Module List
Clicking this button enters data in the tables on the General and
Technical Data tabs. If the Show Parameters from Current Analysis
option is selected, clicking this button has no effect on the data in
the Parameters Table.
The Data tabs provide the
following Module information:
General Data
General data include module
identification information, vendor identification, Module File
location and general comments. Information can be entered manually,
from the Module Library database, or entered from the System Model
Screen or System GUI Screen.
Technical
Data
Technical data include
information on input and output measurement areas, units, values and
standard uncertainties. Information on input variables is optional.
Module List
The Module List provides a listing of the Module Files
in the Module Library. Module Library data fields for each Module
Library are shown in the list. Clicking a module in the table
makes the highlighted Module File active. If the Show Parameters from
Database option is selected, the parameters for the active Module File
will be displayed. |
