      Pre-requisites and
        Logistics 
              Students should have a basic technical background, have a working knowledge of high school algebra, and be familiar
    with the Windows operating system.  Statistics training and upper division college math are
    helpful but not necessary. 
                
              Software packages and course notebooks are provided for 
              each student, where applicable. Students are 
              required to bring a PC notebook or other transportable PC, running 
              Windows XP or higher with at least  8Mb of RAM (preferably, 
              16Mb or more) and 20 Mb of available disk space for storing 
              software.  It is also
          recommended that student's bring analysis problems that are of interest to
          their workplace. 
      
      Scheduling and Payment
        
       
        On-site courses must be scheduled 
        at least thirty days prior to the start of the course and can be 
        procured by purchase order.  Payment terms are Net 30 following 
        course completion. 
        Payment can be made by check, EFT, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or 
        Discover card. 
          
        Cancellation Policy - The 
          cancellation deadline for on-site training is two weeks prior to the 
          start of the course. Cancellations made after this deadline will 
          necessitate a charge of $1,500 plus $100 per student.  |
