AccuracyRatio ($795 USD) evaluates the risk of accepting nonconforming (out-of-tolerance) parameters and of rejecting conforming ones. The accuracy ratio calculations key on test/calibration accuracy versus parameter tolerance limits. AccuracyRatio features guardband analysis, risk baselining and "true" versus observed in-tolerance analysis. AccuracyRatio accommodates two-sided, single-sided, symmetric and asymmetric tolerance limits and features a full reporting capability.
AccuracyRatio is based on methods reported in NASA Reference Publication 1342, U.S. Navy R&D reports on the Equipment Tolerancing System (ETS) and on leading papers and articles in the field of analytical metrology.
AccuracyRatio contains a built-in measurement uncertainty analysis capability and interfaces seamlessly with UncertaintyAnalyzer to accommodate the effects of measurement uncertainty on risks.
AccuracyRatio 1.6 runs on Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000, XP, 7, 8 and 10 operating systems.
