Ms. Castrup has published numerous technical papers, holds several patents relating to heavy oil recovery and teaches courses in thermally enhanced oil recovery. Through various benchmark analytical and experimental studies, she has gained international recognition as an expert in fluid mechanics, heat transfer and thermodynamics. She also has considerable experience testing and calibrating a variety of measurement equipment and conducting uncertainty analyses.
