Site License
Our IntervalMAX software is sold as a site license. Pricing is scaled according to the number of items that are assigned calibration intervals. There is no contractual limit on the number of concurrent users at the licensed site. IntervalMAX customers can also purchase a 12-month renewable maintenance contract that includes all service updates, version upgrades and supporting documentation for the maintenance period.

Before you Buy

IntervalMAX requires certain data fields for service events (e.g., calibrations), with each event comprising a line of data for input. To evaluate whether your data are or can be made compatible with IntervalMAX, we recommend that you send us a sample data set that we can run through IntervalMAX for testing. This preliminary evaluation is done free of charge to ensure that IntervalMax will suit your analysis needs. Any minor modifications to the IntervalMAX interface will usually be implemented without charge. Major modifications can be made under separate contract, if desired.

Technical Support
IntervalMAX purchases include free technical support for a designated System Administrator. An Integrated Sciences Group representative is also available for on-site or webinar technical support during installation and initial operation. Costs for this consist of travel expenses only.

Payment Terms
Payment may be made by check, EFT, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Purchase Orders are accepted from established firms or government organizations. If you like, you can fax your purchase order, and we’ll begin filling your order immediately.
