The
Cumulative History Clean-Up Screen provides options for deleting or ignoring Service History records that are non-representative of typical
equipment performance. Such records may contaminate the data analyzed by IntervalMAX in such a way as to yield
sub-optimal intervals.
The Cumulative History Cleanup Screen is accessed by selecting the History Cleanup
option from the Controls menu on the Main Screen.
Records can be marked to be ignored or deleted altogether.
The
clean-up procedure includes the following steps:
-
Click the Selection Field of interest in the History Cleanup grid (the mouse will turn into a small checkmark when positioned over the desired field).
This creates a Pick List that appears to the right side of
the screen.
-
Click the item in the Pick List that sets the lower bound for a range of items that you wish to excluded from
analysis and drag it to the From column for the Selection Field.
-
Click the item in the Pick List that sets the upper bound for a range of items for which you wish to run an
analysis drag it to the To column for the Selection Field of interest.
-
Click the next desired Selection Field and repeat the above process.
-
Click either Ignore Records or Delete Records.
